We have already distributed 125 of these signs and we have had numerous citizens request that we do them instead as a fundraiser for a local charity. We have done another round of signs and will be selling them for a $20 donation to the Manotick Food Cupboard to help those people in our fine community that are struggling to cope in these challenging times.
Because of the amazing assistance of our incredible local City of Ottawa representative, Councillor Scott Moffatt, we are proud to announce that 100% of the proceeds will be donated to this worthwhile charity. Once you place your order, just let us know your address and we will install it at your location for FREE.
We will work with you to design eyecatching decals for your boat, output them, and then install them on your boat for free if you bring your boat to our location. If your boat is at your location or already in the water at a marina, there will be a small travel charge, but once we are there, the actual installation is still FREE. :)
A major congratulations to Ted Ross. After many years of incredible hard work, perseverance and dedication, he was finally able to see his vision of a great community park come to life to be enjoyed by all of Manotick for now and forever. He and the Park Committee of Dennis Osmond, Anne Clarke Stewart and Allan Haan deserve a lot of praise and we are proud to have had some small part in this amazing success. Ted was able to pull together support from the local Royal Canadian Legion Manotick #314, the Rick Hansen Foundation, the City of Ottawa, the Manotick Horticultural Society, the Manotick Village & Community Association MVCA, the Manotick Village BIA, the Rideau Valley Conservation Authority, the Manotick Culture, Parks, and Recreation Association, Councillor Scott Moffatt, Joe Princiotta Management, community donations and various funding from provincial and federal grants. He and the committee commissioned a beautiful bronze statue to commemorate remembering veterans from BC Sculptor Nathan Scott, and it was a pleasure to meet him and his lovely family. Ann Clarke-Stewart did an incredible job designing the gardens. Thanks to last minute issues with the landscaping we got to install all the signs in the pouring rain on Friday and Canada Day, but thankfully the rain departed to leave sunny skies for the park unveiling the next day.
We are a proud family business that has been in the Manotick area since 1990.After 3 years in the St. Lawrence Graphic Design program, we moved to this fine community to begin work with a great local paper, the Manotick Messenger.
In 1992, we branched out and started a simple graphic design company but soon realized that our customers wanted to just make one stop for all they needed, so we began to offer printing and photocopy services, and eventually grew into a full sign service as well. As well, our company has developed signage, banners and printing campaigns for the Manotick BIA, a great organization that is helping local businesses to grow and thrive in a tough new economy, and trying to attract people to visit our Village. We are also proud to have worked with the Watson's Mill since it's inception as a tourist attraction, and even had the privilege to serve on the Board of Directors.
